Changing the placement on a webpage

I am wondering how I move the menu and text to the left on my webpage allowing for more pics in the horizontal menu.

I have to admit I am an newer intermediate level user and so most of the changes I have made have been trial and error. I have not found anything that changes the placement of the menu on the webpage... I have looked at every .css .js and html file I have. Since I am not a programmer I am sure I am overlooking something simple.
